Marsden Mechanics has a lot to offer – attend an event, take part in an activity, book a space or a meeting room, visit the library, or play our lottery. You can even get married here!
The Mechanics is home to Marsden Library & Information Centre, Marsden Community Association, Marsden Jazz Festival and Mikron Theatre Company.
It is owned and run by Marsden Community Trust for the local community.

The Mechanics has a variety of spaces for all occasions and functions.
Weddings
With the beautiful backdrop of Marsden Village and the flexible 200 seat Main Hall, Marsden Mechanics can offer the perfect setting for your wedding.
Library
A full Library and Information service is available, including all council enquiries, applying for a Kirklees Passport, help with Blue Badge applications and bus passes.
