10.00-11.00 YOGA CLASS We are pleased to have popular local yoga teacher, Wendy Wild, here on Tuesday mornings from 10-11am.
Her class is for people aiming to stretch, develop their balance, mobility and focus and relax. She works with people of all ages, but her practice is particularly gentle, healthy and safe, based on Dru Yoga – suitable for those recovering from pregnancy, illness and accidents.
Comfortable clothing is advised, and if you have a roll mat, please bring it. There are a small number available to borrow.
Wendy is qualified as a Dru Yoga teacher, and is also a qualified holistic therapist. If you have any issues you wish to discuss with Wendy before attending, please call her on 07708 901681.
All abilities, all ages, all sexes welcome. Sessions £7 per person, payable on the day.

13.00-15.00 Community Plus drop in sessions in our small meeting room. Community Plus seeks to encourage people to cope better with life challenges, get the right help at the right time, encourage self-help, and enable people to thrive. It is an asset and strength based approach from Kirklees Council to working with individuals and communities and they would like to hear from local people, organisations, and community groups.
